This means that once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item along with your order number. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping & Fulfillment Methods:

• Shipping - We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $14.99. 
• Local Delivery - We offer local delivery to Mitchell, Ethan, Dimock and Parkston. There is a $5 delivery fee, unless order total exceeds $50. If order exceeds $50, there is no delivery fee.
• In-Store Pickup - You can also pick up your order at our Mitchell, SD location if you are looking for an expedited option.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

Shipping Delays:

Returns Due to Unsuccessful Delivery:

 

If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
