How far do you travel from the Mitchell/Parkston area?
We cover the entire southeastern South Dakota area, which is roughly a 200-mile radius around Mitchell/Parkston area.
What are your office hours for your different locations?
Am I required to sign a contract to receive your services?
No, we do not require contracts to be signed by you for our services.
How do I book a service with you?
You can reach out by calling us directly at (605) 990-3093, DM us on Facebook, or through getting a quote for your desired service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our most common form of payment from customers is through check. We do accept cash as well.
Do you charge mileage?
We use the Federal IRS Guidelines to determine mileage, so this can change from year to year.
Do you have any satisfaction guarentee standards put in place?
Yes we do! If anything in your home or business is damaged or unfinished, with a notification of a 48 hour time period of your cleaning service, we will correct the situation by coming back to guarantee satisfaction.

What services do you offer?
We offer services for the commercial, construction, and one-time residential divisions. Visit our services page for a complete list of services.
Is there anything you will not clean?
We do not service flood and fire restoration. Otherwise, we can help you with just about any other cleaning service.
Do you provide the equipment needed to perform your services?
Yes! We provide any equipment that is required to complete each job at a high standard.
What chemicals do you use when cleaning?
All of the chemicals we use are OSHA-certified cleaning chemicals.
