This means that once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

Damaged Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item along with your order number. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping & Fulfillment Methods:

Select the 'Local Delivery' option during checkout, and we'll bring your order right to you. Whether you prefer the immediacy of in-person pickup or the doorstep convenience of local delivery, we're here to cater to your needs.

• Shipping - We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $14.99. If order total exceeds $150, we offer free shipping.
• Local Delivery - We offer local delivery to Mitchell, Ethan, Dimock and Parkston. There is a $5 delivery fee, unless order total exceeds $50. If order exceeds $50, there is no delivery fee.
• In-Store Pickup - You can also pick up your order at our Mitchell, SD location if you are looking for an expedited option.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays may impact delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Weber Cleaning, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and our team promptly.

Returns Due to Unsuccessful Delivery:

If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
